kava and syrian rue will both make you sleepy. combined with HBWR, i'd imagine that you'd have a hard time staying awake for the trip. caffeine is a bad idea because it is a vasoconstricor and so is lsa. being sleepy is just part of the trip. consider it a time for laying down, relaxing, and getting some introspection done.

syrian rue and hbwr is great for me i do it with most of my lsa adventures. 20 hbwr and 2 grams of rue is an insane combo. youll never know the possibility of lsa until then
