dead syringes?

hello guys... i had my syringes at the fridge and when i wanted to inoculate i put them out. but didnt let them more than 5 minutes too take a room temp. of courser they werent frozen but they were cold. could this killed my spores?:-(

it wouldn't make a difference to let the syringes raise to room temp, if the syringe is not viable, its probably caused from the get go.

i didnt say that they arent viable. i just asked if i wont let the syringes get the room tempo after the refridgeration would kill the spores
|

I've kept prints in the freezer and still be good. The fridge won't hurt a syringe.

LOOOOL i dont say that the fridge would do anything bad. i just ask if the syringes after putting out of the fridge should take a room temp before inoculating

It doesn't matter either way. The spores will warm just as easily in the jars as they will in the syringe.

It doesn't matter. If you were to take the syringe directly out of the refrigerator and innoculate, the spores should still colonize.
