i don't see that it is in. i don't know 1 vegetarian besides myself and the lady at the natural food store.

Sadly, I only know one dude who isn't me or my gf who is vegetarian.
The TV always has green stuff on it now. Also the news/newspapers, and in magazines 'how to make your house green'

I Take hemp protein to aid with my vegetarianism, but it is def not called "marijuana muscle" lol.
I have 2 housemates that are vege's, and my best friend is a vege.
I would never be vegan though.
And I Would def eat meat if I needed to survive.

i'm just now trying out vegetarianism. my best friend has been a vegetarian for about a month. i'm taking it kinda slow and only eating white meat once a week. im not doing this because its a fad, although i do find this becoming more popular, maybe because its just because im entering college. the main reason i am doing this is because of the inhumane way these corporations raise and kill their animals, its fuckin sick. ive always known this but i guess i just thought i couldnt do anything about it, im still trying to understand how i can change the way these animals are raised and killed but i dont believe a change can happen unless some kind of revolution happens. also, i dont think im really taking it to its full extent when im still paying these corporations, example, if i were to buy nachos instead of a burrito at taco bell, theyre still gonna be making paper. i would have to eat from local markets that dont affect animals that way. when you think about the world food corporations you realize how much corruption has really happened. its pretty pathetic how these companies greed gets the best of them

Way to go! Small steps are always good.
I also didn't become vegetarian until college. I didn't really cook for myself all that often growing up.
With the Taco Bell dilemma... true, you're giving them money, but at least you're letting them know that people demand veggie-friendly options. Perhaps with enough consumer demand we'll get more companies targeting us.

a friend of the family has a pig farm and the pens are cramped and they cant move, they do this so the pigs cant lose weight or gain muscle, a lot of people do this and companies do the same thing. and i live literally right next to a turkey plant. im just now trying out vegetarianism but i've always had respect and sympathy for these animals. dont talk down to me

i can happily say never eaten meat and i have had the choice
i get everything i need including protean make sure you eat enough lift some weights press ups sit ups running, if you have a girlfriend long sessions help allot of the leg muscles
