67 Degrees for germination?

Is 67 degrees still ok for germination in PF tek jars? Will it slow the germination process at all?

Get your temps near 86F - your jars will take a LONG time to colonize at 67F.

I live in the u.k. and have to cope with the same temps all I do is fill a 5 litre water bottle with hot water and put it in a container with the jars and every one of them has colonized in about two-three weeks so far.
