update: my friend trying to hook me up with this chick...

you may remember a recent thread i made in here about a friend of mine trying to hook me up with some chick.

well, we've hung out a few times, and basically the situation now is, she really likes me, and i feel absolutely nothing towards her, and i have no idea what to do.

i dont think ive been in this situation before. on this side of it at least. im used to being on the other side, getting to hear "id rather just be friends" lol. sucks for her i guess, but that shits happened to me too many times for me to really give a fuck.

any tips on what to do or say?

we all no what is gonna happen. your gonna get drunk and end up having sex with her. then your gonna say well i did it once so whats a second time gonna hurt. then 2 months from now your gonna ask us how to break it off with her cause your pretty much dating and still feeling nothing for her. lastly your gonna knock her up and your last post will be you saying that your gonna end it all.

I've gone through this a ton of times.. I initially like a girl but when she gets into me I end it. There's no way of doing it without coming off as a dick.. just try to be polite by saying you either need space or just don't want to be with anyone for the time.

long story short, i might have to do a little time in county jail or the DOC in the near future. i'm talking months, hopefully not years.

i honestly dont want to start a relationship with anyone right now. i dont wanna get all attached and THEN get locked up for 6 months.

i think ill just lay low and not answer her calls or bullshit her so we dont hang out. ill just slowly start avoiding her.

im gonna have to talk to the guy who sent this chick my way... i didnt ask for it, it all came to me... ahhh fuck it this is ruining my high. im done thinking about this for tonight.

I must agree with MrBump here. Coming from a woman's perspective (which is something that shroomery needs more of) I think she would appreciate it alot more if you would just be honest. Avoiding calls, bullshiting, come on really, don't be such a pussy. Just be honest. Tell her you don't have those kinds of feelings for her. Have a little respect. When you play the other way you just make the woman feel like shit, like there is something wrong with her and you just hurt her in the end. That is not right and not fair.

So be a man, and be honest with her. She deserves that, everyone does.

I don't mean to be a dick, but I feel like you are just chickening out.

If you've never gotten laid or had a real girlfriend, you could at least give it ONE shot. It's really not so bad.

Maybe you don't feel anything for her because you are afraid to feel anything?

Love and sex are important parts of human life. You should be able to seek them out even if you are going to jail
