my first pins with coffee infusion

I awoke this morning and saw this and was wondering what people think about it and then another cake with coffee but looks messed up I was wondering if this is sometimes normal any help would be greatly appreciated.

Nice pinset.  The reason they look funky is due to insufficient light and fresh air.

Thanks, that bible looks wicked. I fan the FC about four to six times a day I had issues keeping the humidity up using perlite and six holes at the bottom for CO2 and oxygen exchange so I taped them up bringing the humidity up. They're propped by a window with no shades.

so I'm kinda in a give or take situation

You might want to look into a shotgun terrarium with a supplemental fluorescent lamp for lighting if your window isn't bright enough.  Mushrooms that develop in proper lighting will have much meatier stems and caps and weigh more.  Mushrooms that develop with insufficient fresh air will have long, twisted stems and little finished weight.  There's a section on lighting at the bottom of the page linked above.
