yello, I have a question, I have a few cakes going pf style, they are on the second flush but all the shrooms seem to be growing on the bottom, should I flip them over or what? there are some pretty big ones under there and I did'nt even notice until today when I picked them up and looked, there are also shrooms growing on the sides so if I flip the cakes the side shrooms will be upside down, does this matter? pls advise...

Are these cased? What are the conditions? Do you have a light source? You didn't give enough info to give a good answer but... You can turn them upside down. I don't know why you would want to. The reason they are fruiting on the bottom is because that is probably their source of moisture.....
