In fact I would buy the store, rename it "Mothafuckin' Crepes" and create shitty production quality local commercials with that as the theme song.
And I'd get a fucking GIANT black guy to narrate your deals and location. Of course he would be yelling not talking.

God damn I'm a fucking marketing genius.

Edit: I would also make an eating competition plate and call it "The Real OG." It would consist of an insane amount of crepes with different fillings, some bacon and sausage, and hash browns.

All piled high on a plate.

Well I've seen the books before, and business is really up and down. Fall months are easily the most profitable...they get pretty low in winter, a little better in spring, and a huge hit during summer time when there are very few students around.

Overall the place turns a profit, but just cause I've cooked there for 2 years doesn't mean I'm going to be able to run it as effeciently as someone who's been running a business for 15 years.

Yeah I'm not sure what I would do if I started to lose money on the place. That is definitely a concern.

I kick myself for not taking over and buying my favorite deli.   

The place is awesome and comes with a liquor license and people can drink beer on property.  Damn great sandwiches and a total loyal customer base..  I worked at this place through three owners, all of them made good money but the place wont make anyone rich.

Now the place has some new owners who ruined the place.  The sandwiches are crap and the customers have all left, no sundays even though its in a HIGH weekend traffic area and they now close at 5pm.. 

I would have never made it rich off that place but I would be damn happy, even with the 15 hour days.  I still wish I could buy the deli and turn it back to its old glory.

Do it.  Keep local shops around, with the 'shop locally' fad right now.

plus, you could look into getting really nice ingredients...from local farmers

contract one's land for as much wheat/rye :wink: as you need.

ISn't it legal to smoke herb where you are BrainChemistry?

If so, see if you can turn it into a coffee shop that sells crepes.

Yeah medical herb is legal around here. That is a fucking great idea man!

I don't think you're allowed to smoke ganja in public, but definitely in private homes and possibly private businesses. There might be a license required or something....

Well you can always make it a private membership club with a separate room for the smokers at a certain time or make an addition in the back. The you can be able to have customers smoke and they will have the munchies and you will make a lot of money.

Unfortunately the size of this place is probably about as big as your bedroom. Its only about 15 feet from front door to back door. There is no room for indoor seating, but there are 4 patio tables.

With a little renovation we might be able to fit a table or two inside...but it would be cramped as shit.

The you can ad an addition such as a screen porch for the stoners. That won't cost much money.
