Trip Report: 8.5g dry.

Usually the normal dose around here is 5g's which one does every other week. This week we happened to stumble across a nice patch of Puerto Ricans, and decided to dry and dose. The normal ingestion method is putting 16ozs of strawberry daquri mix in a blender with the dose. Add ice to desired temp and blend it up for a minute or so, making sure no chunks of anything are present.
For the hell of it, I decided to toss 8.5g's in the blender and let it rip. After the customary toast (in which one exhales, and says "in the name of science" dont ask it just makes everything go down so much better because there is a purpose) one chugs the entire drink and shivers a bit and goes about cleaning up.
I cleaned the blender and felt the slight working of the body buzz coming on, so I hurried myself into the safety of my basement.
I always trip alone, I find its just my way of doing it. I am not very social on higher doses.
About an hour after ingestion, everything was active, I mean everything. Nothing stayed still. My entire Pink Floyd collection was in the cd carousel, and I found myself floating with the notes and chords being played. Riding the wave of the music.
I died twice during the episode, and I thought I had encountered what my soul would feel like upon leaving my shell. I had never experienced that before, and found it to be very interesting.
The rest of the time was spent reflecting, and enjoying the visuals.
It was a wonderful 9 hour trip, which I could not believe myself, usually I get 5-6 hours worth of enjoyment.
I cant wait until next time...

ego death is were it`s at.
this is the goal of all my trips(which arn`t many anymore)

Either the shrooms, or "normal" reality will start losing its magic if you continue to trip once every other week.

Sounds like you had a great time, though. Floyd is definitely good for their time
