1st trip. if it even was a trip....

Ive been wanting to trip for some months now, and I finally got my hands on some shrooms a few days ago.
Only thing is, Ive never read a shroom trip to be like this...:/

There wasnt much, so maybe thats the cause.

An hour after eating them, I start to feel lightheaded. At the peek I was induced in a state of extreme relaxation, where there were times where I didnt move for 10-15 min. I just sort of froze, staring at nothing in particular, just like as if someone had pushed a pause button on me. I also found meditating in this state really easy, taking only about 20 sec to reach a state of mind that would take me 30 min sober.

The strangest part was that I could still feel mild effects after 20 hours.

Any thoughts?

It sound to me like you had a very low dose.  :shrug:

How much did they weigh to?

most definetly a low dose... or weak mushrooms

when you get a good dose you'll know.... shit gets fuckin crazy

if the walls/floor aren't breathing it was probably a low dose

I didnt weigh them, but Im guessing 3-4 grams, not dried

But as I said, I could still feel effects, even if mildly, after 20 hours, something that logically wouldnt occur on such a low dose...right?

3-4 grams is about .3 grams dried, which is far from even a threshold dose. I'd recommend starting at around 1.5-2g DRY.

shit yeah man

wet mushrooms are 10 times as massive

wet shrooms are 90% water, and when they dry, their mass is equal to their (Wet mass)/10

so if you're eating wet mushrooms, i'd suggest taking 18-36 grams

ok i get that it just wasnt enough. but anyone ever had a 20 hour feeling? thats why im so intrigued

i can understand it, first few times i smoked herb i'd be high for days afterwards.  it sounds like it just changed your mindset (shrooms are good for that)

you may find that after tripping, two days later you'll start smoking weed and see some colorful lights making beautiful patterns when you close your eyes.



you should do more.  mushrooms are great

yeah i think its just afterglow. after a shroom trip i feel really relaxed and upbeat the next day.
