Pretty nice.. very similar to the system I'm getting ready to build. Only thing I would be concerned about is what the temps are like in that case. Looks like between cable management, lack of fans and a wussy cpu heatsink it would run pretty hot..

it runs at a constant 47C.
What about my cable management? There is a fan pushing air over the HDDs. Also fans in the back pulling air out. I would like to add more but it seems to be ok. You should have seen the heatsick I was going to put in it. The damn case was too low though. I was going to modify the heatsink to make it shorter but didnt want to destroy an $80 product.

oh just now that I've seen cases with glorious cable management systems behind the mobo tray I just can't imagine doing one without it now. I would have opted for a bigger heatsink but ya the case does present an issue. Looks pretty cool all around though

Windows 7. 6GB ram isnt over kill at all. This is basically my main PC now. But I also use it for media functions. I havent seen any cases with hidden wire compartments. I did my best to organize the ones you see there. I still need to get my wire snips out and shorten the usb wires. They are like 2' long tucked under my HDD case

CoolerMaster HAF 932 has a great hidden wire compartment, and amazing cooling.

mmmm D3
I still think you could fit a bigger heatsink in there and maybe overclock but I guess the point of a HTPC is to be relatively quiet..

I had all intentions on OCing it. My MOBO has a great OCing program with it. The heatsink just was too big. I would have still liked to have put a better one in it but I just couldnt find one that was good but semi small. Most of the ones I saw you couldnt take the fan off. So if the fan fails its junk. No repairs.
and it DOES happen often enough
yes on that win7 64 bit
