NEED EXPERTS ADVICE
    #1071190 - 11/20/02 05:56 PM (22 years, 19 days ago)

I have grown cakes before but never casing and cakes at once. Iv had my cakes in for 3-4 days and my casing for 1day in the same fruiting chamber. They both need 95-100% RH to pin , and my cakes will be fruitng far before my casing pins is it ok to have both in there??

this isn't advanced, and you don't need an expert, you can have them both in there, it'll be fine. What made you think that it can't be in there?

Well sorry if its in the wrong forum.. I asked because this was my reply from "User Exsists"

"Casings create there own humidity. If I were you I would get another rubbermaid and put your casings in there. As long as your room temperature is in the alloted range. If not put together another chamber and set accordingly. I dont think it is o.k. for your casings to be in "extra" humidity created for the cakes"

And it didnt make sense to me why he would say that so I wanted an "EXPERTS" oppinoin.
Thanks for the advice..
