i would jsut like to say WOW!! at how fast the little guy spore shop ships and deals with costemers. SOOOOOOOOOO nice. and SOOO fast. just awsome, and for a question. cakes have finaly started to pin and look healthy and all, and the humm. is about 85 ish. but the cakes look like they are brusing, i havent hanndled them or any thing. what could be caueing thing??

Your humidity should be near 100% - as for the bluing your cakes could be dry.

your humidity is  fine and the bruising is nothing to worry about.
But as stated before your cakes could be a tad dry :crazy:
