Hello everyone. It?s been a while since I visited these message boards. But I have two important announcements to make.

As you all know, we have experienced some major financial hardship when paypal closed our account and held our funds for 180 days (and still counting) due to the nature of our products. Not only have they held our funds, but they denied us access to all funds as well.

Without access to these funds, we were unable to process and ship many orders in a timely fashion. With this in mind, I have come to the hard decision of turning over management of Mushroom-Madness. Effective immediately, Mushroom-Madness now has new owners and managers.

They have assured me that they will still offer many of the products that were previously offered. They will also be offering new items such as Prepared Culture Media (Potato Dextrose Agar, Malt Extract Agar and so fourth.)

I will still be fulfilling my obligation to my previous customers outstanding orders. All orders placed on and before November 5th, 2002 will come directly from me and not Mushroom-Madness. For those of you who may still have outstanding orders, I ask that you contact me directly so that I can send you your merchandise as I promised. My personal email address is mushroommax@aol.com. Use this email address when contacting me.

I am giving out my personal email address in good faith. I only ask that you all respect my attempts to resolve this issue. Going forward, do not contact Mushroom-Madness regarding any orders placed on and before Nov. 5th 2002. They will simply direct you back to me.

Again, if you wish to contact me directly regarding an order you may have placed on and before November 5th, 2002, you may contact me at my personal email address which is mushroommax@aol.com
