Try Gentamycin. Agar with this heat-resistant antibiotic is available commercially from mushroom growing suppliers such as Fungi Perfecti.

Maybe this would be more to the point for an agar culture that must be saved now: A powder application of Gent, Streptomycin, or Chlortetracycline (or a liquid spray of 30 mg/l Streptomycin, or 2mg/l. Chlortetracycline) will not negatively affect fungal growth on agar, or so I've read, but it makes more sense to use the Gentamycin-laced agar, I think.
