i am lucky to say,i have never got bugs or flies in my shrooms,but i got crabs once!shaving got rid of those,i think some garlic will get your flies to get out,i use it in the garden and seems to ward them off,and its all natural.....

You can also spray your area with Lysol, they must have eggs nearby. Clean your area thoroughly.
