Set honey vs runny clear honey

I've never made honey water before and want to make some tonight but I have only got pale set honey. Does anyone see any problems in using this ???

I thought Club99 expecially recommended pale honey.

well seems anything with a sugar will work karo/honey blah blah and the clearer the better so u can spot contams. but more ingredients is more nutrients for mycellium and i wish i had an extra 10 syrines to drawup all my honey water. :frown:
