I'll start with the one you thought might be Cortinarius.
#1 Maybe Psathyrella
#2 Hypholoma sublateritium
#3 Suillus
#4 Inocybe or maaaaybe Cortinarius
#5 Maybe Pluteus
Then for the ones you are curious about:
#6 Maybe Hypholoma marginatum

Your Amanita is Amanita amerimuscaria.
Starting with the "Cortinarius"
1 - 2) Probably not Cortinarius. What is the spore print color? 3 - 4) I don't know 5 - 6) Suillus 7 - 8) Perhaps Inocybe 9) Not sure 10 - 16) Maybe an inactive Psilocybe 17) heterotrophic plant

the ones you are curious about look like simular to some that i found which i think are psilocybe naematoliformis (maybee wrong spelling) or psilocybe plutonia. psilocybe naemato.... is from mexico , i think ,and was found in georgia by gumby a few years ago , and then MeAshrooma found some that were just like those(looks, habitat, print ect. ) but were microscopicly different and was identified as psilocybe plutonia. and that was last year in north carolina. and pretty sure mine(from north carolina) are the same as MeAshroomas. but yours look simular.... the caps are not bigger than a penny. stems look the same bruising dark. they have the same frosty fibrils on the cap. they have the yellow carmel in the middle of the cap and the darker on outside. but yours dont have the spikey nipple. and mine were in wood chips with sandy soil like the naematoliformis and plutonia were but yours in leaf litter. but maybee its something simular. you can study the posts from MeAshrooma and Weiliiii and mine of naematoliformis if you are curious. congradulations for gyms and chants.

Interested in the positive ID on the last one. I found what I beleive to be the same exact mushroom in my area.
I am located in New England. Southeast area.
Looking forward to some more responses.

Beautiful A. amerimuscaria
What type of habitat are you finding those gyms in? On downed trees near streams?

Probably Hypholoma marginatum or another Hypholoma species, or an inactive Psilocybe, as already suggested above.

i am located in maine.
Gyms were found in harwood forests. i found some next to streams, but, the water comes from the mountains and i think it creates a cooler micro climate then the gyms like. Atleast during this time of the year. Most the gyms were found on beech and maple.
Hypholoma marginatum has a brown spore print. They have a black spore print.

well i checked out the spore prints after they sat all night and was surprised to see that the spore print is not black like i thought. It is a brownish-purple. still fits inactive psilly.
i think these little gym pins are gonna end up being spectabelis. I found some at the same spot last year.

had to pick the ones that were getting bugs in the gills.

i want to what these are...

im sending samples to workman. Hopefully that will clear things up.
Psilocybe atrobrunnea is too big?
When looking at the "Which psilocybin mushrooms grow wild in my area?" Psilocybe atrobrunnea is not listed. warriorsoul found them in maine...? Is there anyway to change that? According to http://www.rogersmushrooms.com/gallery/DisplayBlock~bid~6703~gid~~source~gallerydefault.asp they are active.
More gym pics coming soon.

That is because it is a true Psilocybe.
Only false Psilocybes are active. Real Psilocybes are never active.
Psilocybe atrobrunnea is in section Atrobrunneae, which has thick walled spores and no bluing.
See The Genus Psilocybe pages 299 and 302.
