Cut holes and slits all over the greenhouse so it gets natural circulation and fresh air all the time.

For a plastic sheeting greenhouse, I take a knife and cut several slits from floor to ceiling.  If you want to use holes instead, make them three to four inches in diameter, depending on the size of the greenhouse.  You want lots of fresh air for good fruiting performance.
