It's like a quick snap sound that is destinguishable. I have all of my speakers running through my amp if that helps. I was just wondering if anyone has has this same problem in the past. It's annoying as fuck

its your ground wire... find another spot on the car.. sand down the paint and make a good connection to with the ground. i had the same prob before, but with mine when i step on the gas i could hear the engine rev through my speakers. since yours happen when you break it might be your power wire... how is it connected? is it from the battery?

From the battery to a fuse to my amp.
I'm pretty sure the ground is in a great location but I'll check it. The power wire actually got pinched in my door today and blew the fuse. It was barely cut through, so I just put some electrical tape on it.

Somehow your brake light sensor is sending power not only to your brake lights, but your speakers as well. I'd check and make sure the power wire for the amp isnt touching the body of the car anywhere, and try to figure out where exactly that connection is being made.
When did it start? Anything happen with the car right before that?

Yeah, it's probably from when my power wire got cut into a little earlier today (blew my fuse). I'll have to get a new one or patch it up better
Will electrical tape work at all or should I just get a new wire?

i have had every problem you could possibly name with my system. i have four subs hooked up with too two batteries for extra power, hooked it up all my self. i used to get frequencies and popping noises n all that shit. it really is a pain in the ass. i tried switching amps and it didnt work even. i moved all the wires around and still nothing.. its impossible to beat really. i moved my ground and amp all over the car and shit its sucks. theres really no way to fix it completly but i know for sure that if you play with the bass boost and the input level knobs and all that, it can definatly decrease the volume and frequencies for sure.
mine had it bad. i would hear a constant loud ass buzz and pops but now it only pops when i turn the radio on and off. thats it. it does work for sure big time. give it a try, mess with it until you set it how you like it.
