I'm not usually the baking (kitchen) type. But I was baked and had a bunch of ingredients I laying around and decided to make something.
What it turned into was a batch of the most incredible hemp cookies ever! Full of healthy hemp and all vegan.
Anybody else like baking stuff while red-eyed?

Made choco-coffee pancakes once. With green dye.
Everyone who wasn't afraid to eat them enjoyed them very much.

MMmmmm. sounds like they worked out for you. the only problem with baking when baked is eating the ingredients.. then again if you are set with what you want the munchies aren't so bad.

Well, besides the peanut butter and hemp milk I didn't have a problem munching on the ingredients. But now I can't stop eating the cookies and I'll need to make a new batch tomorrow!
Here's the recipe I came up with if anybody is interested:
1.5 cups Kamut flour 1/4 cup Bob's Red Mill hemp protein powder 1/2 cup organic sugar 1/2 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp salt 1/4 cup canola oil 1 cup hemp milk (I used Hemp Dream vanilla) 1/2 cup vanilla hemp granola 1/4 cup fresh-ground peanut butter
Mix all the dry stuff, then add the wet stuff. Add the granola last so the dry ingredients don't clump to them while you try to mix.
Bake at 350F for about 12-15 minutes.
I would have used raw honey instead of the sugar, but I wanted to make these vegan for a friend. They turned out excellent. They are filling and not too sweet, so I might just have a couple for breakfast tomorrow morning.

Well, I've got some vegan banana bread in the oven. Gonna spark up a bowl and get baked while my loaf bakes.
Hoping to pick up some hemp flour in a couple days so I can make some hemp bread.
Any bakers in the Pub? What's your favorite thing to make? Any recipes you created from scratch?

Skittles Jello Chocolate syrup Sherbert ice cream chocolate chips
All added in unknown amounts. There might have been more added, but dude and I didn't even remember making the stuff when we ate it for breakfast the next morning.

When I'm cabbaged,I have a tendency to mix and match odd foods and just put everything in between two slices of bread and add cheese. I just get these mad thoughts in my head where everything seems like a good combination.
Example:2 beef burgers,2 potato waffles,4 fish fingers, grated cheese, ketchup and mayonnaise all squashed in between 2 slices of bread. It's a monstrosity but when baked it's so good.
