I don't think it looks healthy. Think it's thirsty and too much heat.

Maybe you could force flower them with GA3.  I think I'm going to do that to my HBWRs if they don't flower after a year and a half.

Got the seeds from the homies at the Free Seeds Ring. You're supposed to rough up the seeds a bit to puncture the outer shell, so I tried various methods with different seeds. Basically all I did was used a thumbtack to poke the outer coat of the seeds and then I soaked the seeds in a moist paper towel for a while. There is a tiny hole on the bottom of Rivea Corymbosa seeds that can be (delicately) punctured in order for germination to be accelerated. Some people also file down the outer seed coat. I've even heard of soaking the seeds in near boiling water (especially for mimosa hostilis and acacia seeds), but that seems sketchy.
The plant does look a little burned, though. I haven't used fertilizer, but I think it might be getting to much direct sunlight.

A for today, I have been lucky with the Morning Glory. I planted about 30 in several preexisting pots with roses. I planted them near the wall, so they grew with a little bit of shadow in the ofternoon and some given by the roses. All of them sprouted. I watered them regularly since spring, every other day and they loved it. Now I am getting the seeds from those plants after seeing maybe 400 beautiful flowers. A little superthrive every other day, and pure blend, original grow formula every now and then shall do the trick. They grow very fast. Here are some photos:

And donĀ“t forget they are annuals, so every plant dies in a season. After flowering, the flowers close and form seed buds that mature for some 2 months. Then, the whole plant dries completely and it drops the seeds (1-4 per pod). This is the time when you collect the seeds or let them fall to fertile ground on their own, so life cycle can begin again.
