LC Test Jar?

Alright, it seems my Tapalpa LC is about ready to have a test run on it prior to inoculating 10 BRF jars for spawning to bulk.
I mixed enough substrate together for 1 1/2 pint jar, and need to know what to look for. I'm assuming I don't need to let the jar colonize completely for a test. Is it safe to assume the LC is contam free upon seeing ANY mycellium growth in the jar?

It's possible to have late-developing trich in a jar that looks all white. So I tend to "ramp up" with LC. One jar, then a few jars, and so on. Just label each syringe and each jar so you can deal with trouble.

Usually trich develops faster than mycelium though.

Thanks for the replies fellas. I guess I'm gonna knock up this jar when it cools and give it a few days to see what grows.
