Do they appear dry?  You can dunk cakes prior to the first flush.  Also, you can ask numerous questions in a single thread instead of starting multiple threads.

What kind of fruting chamber do you have these in? Is humidity too low? ~Pixie~

you cant do anything about it now besides be more careful in the future and maintain ideal and consistent fruiting conditions.

several bruising can indicate the cake is drying out. It could be that it should have been dunked, or that humidity is low and the cakes are drying out too fast, or you got over excited with misting and soaked the cakes.
