umm... if you're just talking about a regular syringe innoculation then this really isn't necessary. the guides make it seem much easier to mess up than it really is. if you're talking about agar or something, then i don't know.

Stay away from the kitchen, it's the largest source of bacteria in your house. Buy a cheap rubbermade plastic bin, cut two holes in the side, cut the lid out and replace with clear plastic, and voila, for about $10.00 you have a glove box.

well, despite what dirtydog says, i use the oven rack tek. i have not tried any other method so i dunno. but it works great for me.
