I misted and fanned for the first time yesterday to help it boost and did it again today..
What else is there that I can do? It looks fine, it's white and smells like mushrooms. It's just not pinning!
Could it be too cold in my room?

Let me get this straight you've had it in the fruiting chamber for two weeks and you've just misted and fanned for the first time yesterday?!!! There is something else you can do for sure and that would be read up so you have a clue what your doing! I'm sorry I don't mean to come across so strong but man you should have been FANNING AND MISTING since day one! I'm really hoping I'm misunderstanding your post OutThisLife but if not take my advice please. GL bro

From other sources I was told that I didn't need to that often as it's a monotub.

Nah, I didn't have the resources.. It looks like it's going great. I just don't know why there aren't any pins :[
It's a coir/verm/coffee grounds substrate with rye grain as spawn.
If I do fan/mist, how many times a day should I do that? I noticed the mycelium spread/colonized very fast in the tub, only 2 days and there was a lot of moisture on the sides. That moisture is gone now. Could that be a reason?

It certainly could be fan first then mist just a few squirts above the tub allowing the mist to fall gently to the surface. 3 times a day allow no water to pool on the surface if it does that mean one of two things, not enough FAE's or you misting too much at one time. Several light mistings are much better than fewer heavier mistings.

I read this post too and thought No fanning for 2 weeks?!?!?! that poor mycelium must be suffocating!! glad to see he got his question answered. This would be a good place to ask about misting.
Im curious if i should be misting my cakes directly with water meaning water sprays right onto the cakes. I have a very light mister that spreads the spray out over a very broad area so the particles are tiny. Just wondering if this could be harming my pinning mycelium cakes at all or if i should be blocking off the cakes when misting.

when growinbg from multispore that can happen. Monotubs are genraly set it and forget it but misting and fanning can always improve things.
2 weeks and if will have dried out somewaht, you culd give it a dunk to rehydrate the substrate.
Then mist and fan a few times a day.
Ive got a few mini tubs that have been reluctant to fruit and had to dunk. and that was even with msiting and fanning. and then ive had subs want to fruit before finishing consolidating without a dunk.

Never mist cakes or anything directly mist above and let the mist fall gently onto the surface. Personally I don't think dunking at this time would be beneficial that will only be a major delay being the cakes are still fluffy just follow my advice and remember several light mistings are much better than fewer heavier mistings. Bring that moisture content up slowly and you'll be golden! GL

Lol there's one pin..
One. Don't the pins usually start coming in at the same time?
It could be too cold in there. I moved the tub more near my window to get more heat in.

pins dont always come in all at the same time. they dont always have a recognizable "flush" either.

Even pinsets are easy when using a casing layer. Without a casing layer those primordia first to develop will be the first to flush just another good reason to case!
