Ok so I have had a pin head sticking out of my cake for two days but it seems like it just doesnt want to grow anymore. Is it possible that it is just an abort? I had handled the cake and flipped it so maybe I stunted it? Anyone have any exp in something similar to this thanks - dt

Don't do that. Suppose you were having sex and somebody came along and handled you and flipped you upside down...
