Complicated subject

i am beginning mushroom cultivation for the first time and i am thinking about purchasing the myco101 kit. I have several questions. Is anyone familiar with this kit? From what i've been reading cultivation, has the potential for three stages. First, agar with mycelium. Second, grain(etc.) with mycelium. Third, final fruiting stage with fruiting medium. Is the myco101 set up for a three stage process? If not, can i add the third stage process? If the third stage process can be added, what is a suitable container for the third stage and how can a transfer the mycelium into the container without contamination?
Is this kit worth purchasing for a first-time cultivator?

No.
You can do it all yourself cheaper and easier than that. Working with agar is not a good idea for first time cultivators without a flowhood or sterile procedure experience.
I'd suggest watching these brf tek videos and then getting all the ingredients locally and doing it yourself. It will be cheaper and MUCH easier. RR

No.
Don't buy kits. Complete waste of money. Read some stuff on this site, you don't need a kit. You only need vermiculite, brown rice flour, half pint jars, the spores and water. After that you'll want a terrarium. You can look into that on this site, there are lots of options, I would go for a shotgun FC, look into that and watch the videos by RR. GL

Just follow RR's advice and check out those videos. Just do everything exactly like they do in the videos and you will eventually have mushrooms!
Doesn't cost that much to set up either as most of the supplies you can find in most towns (unless you live in the boondocks). You don't have to have a pressure cooker, just a large pot with a lid. Everything else you need isn't that expensive. Maybe $50, give or take.

Don't ask everything that pops up in your mind. Do some research and come back with more specific answers.
Edit: Questions, not answers.

Oh and if you get to see the videos we advised, it's all done with the sterile technique you'll need. Start from there. It's all you need to know to grow mushrooms. TC
