Yeah, all it takes is a tiny chunk of colonized spawn to get a new colony.  One fuzzy white birdseed will work, just a little slower.  A tip on G2G and cloning:  Ya know how some sections of the jar look more rhizo and white and denser than the others?  Scoop those sections into new jars and keep track of em!  Those 'super-rhizos' will take over a new jar very quickly and aggressively.  You can do this one or two more times to multiply the aggressive colony.  Kinda like a semi-isolation, just easier.:thumbup:

You can prevent it from being slimy by rinsing well before you load the jars.
