Grain Jars from old "clone" LC *pics*

So I wanted to get some comments on these jars since they are basically completely new to me.

I've done WBS in the past with polyfil filters in my lids.

These are rye berries with synthetic filters & self healing injection ports.

The rye was soaked for 24 hours with some gypsum, then simmered for about 10 mins, then drained and PCed.

I then inoculated with an old LC I had in the fridge. It was from a tissue sample of a strain that I found to be pretty weak to begin with. (I only cloned it to try out the procedure and see if I could be successful)

So these first two pics are 2 different jars about 18 days after inoculation and were not shaken at all.

This third jar was shaken about 5-6 days ago.

Here are a couple close ups. The mycelium structure doesn't seem as rhizomorphic as my jars in the past.

So do you all think this is just a weak strain, or do you think I made procedural errors that have slowed growth, etc?
