Use the search bar whyblameus. It's a wonderful tool . Try getting results from 'bulk substrate grow', 'monotub grow', 'monotub setup', 'bulk grow', 'cheap bulk substrate' etc.
To answer your question though the cheapest stuff you get is either stuff you physically harvest yourself, or stuff you get from a local farm or nursery.
Try looking into rye for its relatively convenient approach.

Firstly doing bulk is easy. If you follow the instructions.
if you live near horses, collect dry poo nuggets on a sunny day.
add 10% of vermiculite to the poo.
Get enough for you tub, crumble them up really well and pasterize for 1.30-2 hours.
Pasterising properly is the key to sucess with bulk
pastering is keeping the substate in hot water at 140 -160 F for 2 hours in a pan.
a meat thermoter here is your best friend and must have tool.
to keep the temps in the above range.
drain it well shouldnt be soggy when you use it a hard sqeeze should give you a few small drops.
grater or crumble your cakes as sterile as you can.
mix her up and you know the rest.....
PinniesPlox is right though the seach will give you much more details teks/ respones.
"large dose coir tek" is worth a search, basically what i described with a few additives.
you'll love bulk man, once you've done a couple its as easy as pie, insane results you will get that will literally blow your mind.

good luck.
