Are bad syringes possible?

100% contamination of 16 PF jars. Inoculated in two batches 1 week apart. Steam sterilized. Flame sterilized needle between jars. Used makeshift glovebox with piles of Lysol for half of them, and alcohol swiped injection sites.
The infection is growing like mycelium circularly out from all of the inoculation sites. Only a few injection sites show any mycelium. It is a yellow/browning of the substrate, that appears gooey in a way that wets and sticks to the inside of the glass. Smells funky, kinda like bad food through the unopened jar lids.
Curious about the possibility of spore syringe infection, as total injection at only the inoculation sites seems suspicious. Obtained syringe from source that appears reputable from Canada, and has discounts for shroom talk or shroomery members. I do not know if it is allowed to mention the source name on the forum here. Do sources usually offer free syringes in cases like this? How would I word the request to them? A PM with a good spore supplier in Canada would also be really appreciated.
Thanks

Bad syringes are totally possible... Sometimes they have a very low spore count, which could result in slower growth of mycelium than necessary to outgrow common contaminants. If your source is cool enough, they should resend you new spores, otherwise, tell everyone the name of the bad source so that others won't go to them and get the same, low spore, poor quality syringes.

Syringes can be bad. You have what sounds to be bacterial contamination and one of the more common issues with syringes. You should be able to get replacements, but don't expect them to be any better. Try searching recent posts regarding your source.
