I'm sorry but as a community it would be completely irresponsible to tell you where to get spores when you have admitted that you need them for cultivation purposes.

People can post about growing here but he asked how to get spores and said he wanted to grow with said spores. The only spores we can link to our vendors. Doing that puts them in legal danger and is highly irresponsible.

Well it's pretty obvious, we buy them from our sponsors... that's what they are for... and... if there are sponsors that sell shroom sporeses in a community for mushroom growing...

If they didn't want the exclusive business our community brings, they would not pay for a sponsorship.
Spores are legal in most places. What people DO with those spores may not be legal (depending on where they live).
Kinda' like cars.

They sell them for microscopy and by doing so it remains legal. Giving proof that they do otherwise puts this community at risk. If you want to keep it legal make sure you make it seem legal.

It's obvious some people grow. No one will change the legal status of spores just because of this post. It's a lot more obvious in other threads that shrooms are grown from spores of course - not seeds - and their status will not change because of that. Some people might use them for microscopic use...

I think it's legal to grow them where I live, Portugal. They are a legal substance to have and shroom kits are sold in stores here so...

It's not the fact that they are grow for spores but the fact that the spores that are sold are used to grow. Spores have already become illegal in california.

I know... There are states in the USA that have very severe penalties for smoking a spliff... The laws are constantly changing. Everyone that wants to will know people use spores to grow mushrooms. In some places the laws will change to worse, in others they'll change to better. A post or two or one hundred won't make a difference.

I really don't understand why you came in here to discuss something which you don't understand.
Only certain types of spores are illegal in CALIFORNIA, then a vendor could get in trouble for selling and sending those spores to CALIFORNIA... so they don't send them TO CALIFORNIA.
All spores ARE legal in Oregon, so vendors CAN send ANY SPORES THEY WANT to Oregon.
The World Wide Web allows for free speech. We can discuss whatever this forum allows us to discuss weather you wish to play the Hall Monitor or not.
On a side note,
The ONLY big time vendor to ever be busted in recent memory was Professor Fanaticus (Creator of the PF TEK). He sold cube spores and instructions on how to grow them. The problem was by selling instructions along with his spores, he was obviously selling spores with the intent of growing them. A search warrant was issued and a small grow op was also found in his house.
He never went to prison.
He thanks his lawyer.

I know that all spores are legal in most places. And the world wide web may allow free speech(for now). But people making it common knowledge that they use the spores they get legally and use them to make illegal substances or perform illegal activities is just asking for trouble. Take the case of saliva, no one gave two shits about it UNTIL people made it common knowledge, mostly via the internet, that they where getting high off of it. Politicians don't care about something until it becomes common knowledge. Now hop off your high horse and stop acting like a dick.

This forum already has mods... you aren't one of them. If someone does something that is against the rules, they'll fix it. But...
This are better places for this discussion. LIKE A NEW THREAD.
You came in here and dissed a guy with TWO posts for asking a legitimate question and immediately derailed his thread. You've done nothing to answer his initial post. Just made him feel unwelcome.
Then you called ME a dick?

Oh good, you finally edited it.
