Here you go: Boil a gallon of water. add 1 quart each: gypsum, verm, coffee stir, bring to a boil. drop in a brick of coir, put the lid on.
Wait until it cools to room temp on it's own, then spawn.

if you dont pasteurize and dont have probs with contams im all over it, quite simpler than previously mentioned tek. where the hell might one find coir?! the mart that must not be mentioned didnt have it

They are all different weights, actually. Every brick. But get the one that is the size of a brick. Get a 3-pack if you are at Petco.

If you don't pasteurize, you will have problems with contamination. Guaranteed. I have never had good luck with DocT's style of boiling and waiting pasteurization, but if it works for you, go for it..

Doc_T's way isn't the norm but it does pastuerize it, the coir will hold a temp over 160f for over two hours. CH

ok found it at petco, 3 pack eco earth! and got some 100% arabica premium ground coffee, gypsum, verm, water, sterlite bin with 5 one inch holes, 6 pints wbs 1 or 2 pints pf cake GT strain.... doc t, use 1:1:1 verm,gypsum,coffee? a whole pint of each for one brick of coir?

1 brick of coco coir or bead a beast from pets mart.
1 quart spent coffee
1quart vermiculite optional
1 cup of gypsum dry wall powder Optional
5quarts of colonized spawn
