What are you using to create humidity in your tub? Perlite? If so, mist the walls of the tub and make sure your lid forms a good seal. You didn't offer very much information.

Need more info and/or photos. What kind of terrarium is it? Shotgun? Poor man's pod? mono-tub? How exactly did you build it?

temp is too high. misting the walls will do nothing to raise humidity... increase perlite and air flow.

Also, are you sure that you're hygrometer is accurate? 95% of the time on this forum when someone says they have low humidity they are either using a digital hydrometer which is inaccurate at higher humidity levels, or an analogue one that has not been calibrated properly. You should use the wet towel method to calibrate it.

Do you have a top for that thing? something to keep some humidity in?

If calibrated correctly, an analog hygrometer is almost always accurate...not sure what kind you use.

I highly dout yoiuyr humidity is that low with mushrooms growing.
You really need some method of getting fresh air, without any holes isnt going to help, being cut off from the rest of the world isnt helping either.
ditch the cheap digital hygrometer and replace it with a quality analogue from a cigar shop.

kay, will do on the hygrometer.
you can see the holes really well in the 4th pic down
all them light spots on the sides of the box are holes. about 110 holes on 2 sides of the box

I don't understand what the chipboard box is for, I have never seen a setup like that and to me it doesn't look like a good idea.
Get yourself a clear plastic tub and drill 1/4" holes on the actual tub itself on all six sides 2" apart, fill the bottom with 4-5 inches of wet perlite, and the tub needs to be raised off the ground to let the air circulate all around it.

I just noticed the setup, id think that space would be hard to keep humidified, the air inside the open tub may be around 90% but its going to dry out quickly.
Build a shotgun terrarium.
I drank some tea last night and didnt notice
