Cakes 95% colonized...Pics/Birth Question

Ok so I knocked these jars up a little less than a month ago. It's been slow colonization but half of them are finishing up.
First, is this a pin at the top of this jar?

Now these four jars in the following two pics have reached this much colonization and halted. They have grown very little in the past 3 days and are "stuck" at about 95%. First pic is the uncolonized side of each jar and the second pic is what the rest of the jars look like:

Should I still wait for them to be absolutely 100% and then wait 7 days from then, even with the halted growth? I think I'm seeing very early pins in some jars in groups of 3-4....very small white things with brown/black tips..and then the big round growth in the first pic wtf is that?

damn that first pic didn't turn out worth a damn....you can still see the big round thing at the very top of the jar though...just a white round growth that looks like mushrooms stem material.

Crack the lids loose a bit this allows a bit more gas exchange and flip the jars upside down and give them a slight rap on the table see if you can dislodge the cake somewhat. This will give that last bit of colonization what it needs. They should finish up within the week. GL

Good advice thanks. I flipped cracked and tapped loose 5 of the cakes. Hopefully i'll have fruit in a couple weeks
But really, that round thing in the top of the pic has two picture perfect pins growing next to it.

That's what happens when they're exposed to light (premature pinning). It can be a good thing depending on exactly what tek your using such as cakes. Spawn on the other hand it is not beneficial as you want to keep the myc in a vegetative state not a generative state makes good mycosense eh?

Yeah, after this grow I'm going to take a lot of time off and enjoy my fruits. Next grow I'll have to take that advice with the light and the pinning

This is amazing...the insides of the jars are all covered in tinnnny pins.
Hows this FC sound:
Normal size shotgun, holes drilled on all 6 sides, about 2-3 inches perlite in bottom (it comes in tiny expensive bags here or id go with 5 inches). I'll have a rotating fan across the bedroom on low at all times (duno about the fan....good idea??) and the FC elevated on a desk on some bricks... I'll use a fishtank light with 2 small fluorescent bulbs to direct the growth upwards. fan 5 times a day easy and mist to keep it glissening.. will be at about 72-74 degrees.
