I have had my cakes, In the chamber for 6 days. Misting fanning and light are all being done. I used the miracle grow perlite to me it seems for fine grade an it drys out a lot faster. Anyways I have no mushrooms pins how long should I have to wait before I know somethings not right?
An I don't have a hydrometer 6 half inches of perlite should be good for 3 cakes

Seems to me like you should have left your cakes in your jars a little longer. That is why they always say keep your cakes in your jars an extra week. And miracle grow perlite won't make any difference, your cakes aren't even suppose to touch the perlite how the heck can can they be affected if they never make contact. Your pins will come soon though. O' yea, when it comes to growing patience makes all the difference. Good Luck.

I'm using the same perlite and I have mushrooms just wait longer. Keep up with Fae.

Unlikely. Usually they just sit there and pop more pins for a few days. Then they grow fast. Figure at least four to five days till harvest - maybe more.
Keep on misting and fanning, fanning, fanning. Be sure you have lots of light. All that will help ya get a good pinset for lots of fruit.
