Is it possible?
Also, do dried mushrooms contain enough spores to grow new mushrooms ?

You really should read more about the hobby. The only way to get spores is grown mushrooms so I don't understand the question. Ether indoor or outdoor, they grow and drop spores.
I've never heard of someone drying a shroom then extracting spores from it's gills so I won't be the one to say its impossible.

Yes dried mushrooms contain spores and you could grow mushrooms from these, but depending on how they were dried, stored, etc, are likely to have contaminants. You can also cleanse and rehydrate the dried mushroom tissue and make a clone (also likely to get some contams, but do-able)

Getting spores from dried mushrooms is going to be difficult, and getting them contaminant free is going to be harder. Someone tried it once and managed to get 1 fully colinised jar after many transfers of mycelium from contaminated jars. It was a lot of work and it would have been better just buying a spore syringe.
Or working it out on agar.
If your wanting to work from a spore print, best option is to take a print from a freshly growin mushroom and take the print in a glovebox.
You cant really get a spre print from a dried mushroom, dried mushrooms dont drop spores.
