dude, I am not as much of an expert as I wish to be one day in this field, but that does NOT look good, not sure what it is, does not look like brusing to me. It looks bad and needs to be thrown out. DO NOT PUT THE Other cakes in thier with that thing. Did you pur 1/4 cup of peroxide in the botoom with the perlite? If not...do so.

uhhh why would you stop FAE and mist more?? in my opinion you need to mist less and more FAE.

If the cake was drying out then misting less and increasing FAE would exacerbate the problem.

You'll be better off not trying to read between the lines bro. I did not say they were dry it's too hard to tell without actually being there personally. I'm wondering how the hell you can tell they're water logged from those pics? Chill brother it was suggested the cakes were bluing from drying but at this stage it could just as well be trich.

http://www.shroomery.org/5276/What-are-common-contaminants-of-the-mushroom-culture
Blue-green Molds – Penicillium spp.
Abundant blue-green spores are produced on the surface of the substrate. Similar to Aspergillus. Favorable conditions parallel those for the black whisker mold. Penicillium spp. utilize simple carbohydrates, as well as cellulose, starch, fat, and lignin. These fungi are very common on specialty mushrooms and are one of the chief concerns in agar and grain culture. Spores are airborne and ubiquitous.

with pics its usually hard to tell exactally what it is that your looking at, however its not too common that cakes blue from overwatering but rather under watering

That's what happens when you soak cakes. Mist well allowing a fine misty to fall inside your terrarium then fan. You should be misting as many times or less ass your fanning. Water logged cakes perform poorly.

Yeah its spreading still, I think its killing my cake! Its just vermiculite where I rubbed it off. What kind of cleanup procudures do I need to do? Bleach the FC and boil the perlite? I dont want this little sucker getting my other cakes....

Boil the perlite and you could bleach the fc, or just clean it with soap and water then when it is dry wipe it down with an alcohol soaked paper towel, or lysol, or whatever else you want. You may be able to get away with not cleaning it at all, but I would not recommend it. I always clean my fc if there is any sign of contamination in it.
Try sterilizing your verm that you use to roll with next time!
