Possible problem after I've sterlized my PF jars?

So I went to Wal-Mart and bought their 16qt pressure cooker model, came home, prepared my BRF substrate jars, capped them with aluminum foil and pressure cooked them at 15psi for about 1 hour and 15 minutes.
I've done BRF jars before, a while back (6 months ago or so), using a borrowed pressure cooker.
When I opened up the pressure cooker today, it kinda smelled like the rice, but the water was clean and I didn't have rice soup or anything. I looked at the jars without taking the foil off and they appear to be alright (the bottom part is moist looking and I can see the dry verm layer).
My question is, should I be worried that the water kinda smells funny? I don't remember it smelling like that. Everything appears to be alright, it's just when I smelled that smell I thought that the water somehow got up under the foil of one of the jars. I haven't inspected them all.
If I find condensation under the foil on top of the jar lids, should I redo those jars? If they're dry, are they alright?
Thanks for any help

If you have ONE of the jars you think may have got wet to spare then open up the lid and check if the dry verm layer is strill dry.
I thought that the water may have gone through the tinfoil when my friend did it, but when he checked the dry verm was still dry and he unnecessarily exposed one of the jars to a higher risk of contamination by checking. It did give him peace of mind though , knowing that the dry verm layer on this one was dry lead to me to assume that they were all okay. If the dry verm is still dry your golden.
Tinfoil usually covers up the holes 100% if u have it on there tight enough. you should be straight.
as for the stinky water... well i dont know about that, friend only uses boiling water/steam to sterilize- don't see the point of a PC when you can just as easily boil and steam.

Well, I got it from Wal-Mart... I'm gonna return it in the next day or two. Gotta love Wal-Mart
On a couple of the jars I lifted the tin foil up enough to tell that there was a color difference where the dry verm layer started. I guess that doesn't really tell me if it's wet though.
I may open up one of the jars in my glove box to check it. Hopefully it won't get contaminated that way and hopefully it'll be dry.
