First time grow with BRF cakes (PF Tek). Well, 2 of my cakes reached full colonization 2.5 days ago, and are just now beginning to pin invitro (very very small pins right now, but they are everywhere).
I did some searching, and found out alot of conflicting advice on what to do. I wish to fruit the cakes as is, rather than making a "casing" of some sort. Should i birth them asap? dunk and roll? or just transfer them right to the FC?

i see no problem in dunking and rolling. only thing is they havent had that week of Consolidation, so they prob will take a bit longer to really get into the fruiting stage. it wont hurt the pins that are already forming.

Shoot me a pm if you would like a powerful custom laser built. 4th pic is a 1.3W 445nm laser burning thru some plastic makeup containers. Yes I was wearing proper safety goggles, otherwise I would be blind right now.

Yeah, just give them a few more days, then proceed as normal.
