Does anyone know where to buy pre-pasturised substrate? I fancy trying a monotub next but dont have the equipment to make my own. The highmountain compost looks good but looks to be USA only.

Hmm, thanks for the link. Looks quite nice, but have heard digi hygrometers aren't the best.

Any recommendations for 10ml Luer Lock syringes? There are online medi suppliers which sell them in boxes of 100, but was looking for smaller quantities, say units of 10 or something.

Product name: Organic Brown Rice Flour
Source/Retailer: Whole Foods, Planet Organic (both London only)
Date: 2009
Use/Which Tek: PF Tek
Price: £2.50 for 500g
Note: If you've got a coffee grinder / food processor, brown rice is easy enough to find, but the pre-ground stuff is a bit trickier. I didn't see it in any of the major supermarket chains (they sell a rice flour, but it's a brown/white blend) or Holland and Barrett. If you're in London, Whole Foods and Planet Organic both sell it.

Holland and Barrett seem to be stocking BRF now.

Re. micropore tape, Boots stock an own-brand "Microporous surgical tape". Description says it "allows the skin to breathe". I assume this is the right stuff?

Re. tyvek, I've read some UK threads listing possible sources, but maybe we should have a note in here.

Any good places to get it? Maybe painting overalls from hardware shops? People often mention envelopes as a source. Will look into that.
