Okay, I've done some searching through the forums and everything I can find on where to buy tyvek wrist sleeves points to dead links. Anyone know an up to date, reputable vendor for them?

I bought a tyvek paint suit from Lowes, about $10
I used the legs for cutting out quart jar filters, and then cut the sleeves off at the shoulders for glovebox work.
I also, cut out filters for the FAE port in my lids.

XXX and get some tyvek envelopes for free, then cut them open and tape them together to form sleeves!
DIY + Free = Awesome!
Mod edit: Guys, stop linking to the fucking post office from here. It's mail fraud.

Go to your local builder's supply, in the paint section. Buy a cheap tyvek painter's coverall (around $5 to $8). Cut off the sleeves and use as wrist/arm covers for glove box work. Cut up the rest as jar lid filters. Works perfect.

Get rid of that link, dude! They can see where incoming traffic originates, and misusing those things is a crime. You wouldn't want to get busted for stealing from the Post Office while innocently growing edible gourmet mushrooms.

I used to sell tyvek, but once I went to wholesale only for the DVD, I shut down my store. I used to get tyvek lab coats, coveralls, and wrist sleeves in bulk from here. I'd suggest buying a box of whatever you want and be fixed up for a long time. RR

Sorry about the link. I guess I'm naive when it comes to the interweb

Try eBay or Googling tyvek sleeves. I got a box of a dozen sleeves shipped for about $8.

Checked that site out RR, thanks for the info. I am however not going to order from them as they seem to have a problem with the encryption on the ordering page... Maybe I'm just paranoid hehe, I'll just look around some more.

I've been looking around google and ebay for a few days, found one site. I just wanted to check with the community and see if there was a dealer in particular that people usually go with. Thanks for the info guys.

I order mine from amazon. Search for arm protectors. The good TyVek sleeves are there, with elastic on both ends. However, if you just want filter material, go to a hardware store and ask for disposable coveralls. Same material, only lots more of it.
