Life as an early buddhist
    #1051799 - 11/14/02 07:20 AM (21 years, 5 months ago)

I am writing my history term paper on the life of a person dedicatedly following buddhism in and around when Buddhism was started.  Wasn't it around 5th or 6th century B.C. ?

Does anyone have any good links that would help me?

(P.S. Since I am a notorious procrastinator, this is somewhat urgent to me passing this class!!! Please help!!!)

Hey, I saw somewhere that Buddism discouraged drug use as part of it's creed. Even for medatative purposes???? Is this true?
