dude, were you there? and the puking in the sink was the cherry on top of bad behavior. as i stated, he crashed a BMX bike (wrecking/destroying property), showed up uninvited and unannounced, showed empty handed(no weed, no smokes, no drink) did not make plans for a way home (pretty much expecting to crash on the couch, again) and drank pretty much most of the alcohol that other guests brought, which he ended up puking in the sink at the end of the night. IMO he deserved a GTFO.

I don't care how drunk you are it shouldn't be that hard to puke in the toilet or outside.
That said I wouldn't kick someone out for it, I'd make 'em clean though.

ive seen people too fucked up to know whats goin on, let alone know that theyre puking or where theyre puking
it just kind of silly to throw a party where everyone is drinking then get mad when someone gets sick.
that like going to mcdonalds and being mad that they gave you a cheeseburger that you ordered...

in all honesty, it wasnt that kind of party, it was a house warming party amongst good friends, and this fucker just kinda showed up. everyone else was maintaining their drink, a few cocktails, some beer, a couple of shots. He knew what he was doing, he wasnt that messed up that he couldnt turn around and use the toilet.
I think what really did it is he wrecked a bike that had just had some few hundred dollars worth of work put in. and that was before he was drunk enough to puke.

I usually don't go to parties, and i never throw parties. Unless you call a bonfire with 3-6 people drinking a few beers or some wine. But i guess i could think of a few party fouls.
Rape is not a party foul, rape is grounds for getting castrated and shot in the face. Anyone who condones rape at all for any reason is a low life piece of shit.
Throwing up is ok if it's outside. No holding up the bathroom for other people because you don't know your limit.
Getting wasted with no ride home it pretty fucked up. No you are not going to chance it and drive home even buzzed from my place.
Fighting is stupid, and i will beat your ass if you start a fight at my house.
Spilling a drink isn't that bad unless you are so wasted you can't control yourself.
Being a asshole to the host is a pretty bad party foul, and the rest of the party should throw the guy out if he is being a asshat to the home owner. I hate people who pick fights or act stupid at parties.
I really think it is a party foul to get all drunk and start crying because of some drama crap going on in other private circles, therefore everyone that knows this person (every time is a chick) is trying to calm them down while the person with the oh so horrible problem balls their eyes out while talking on the phone with other friends they know. Brings the whole party down. Don't go out if you are having emotional problems that cause you to break down after 3 beers.
Don't bring people that are not invited by the person throwing the party. If you don't know the person throwing the party, don't invite other friends of yours to go with you if you are already someone Else's tag along.
Don't go into bedrooms and snoop, steal, fuck your girlfriend, fuck a random person, pass out, or even talk on your cell phone in private. It's not your personal space it's someone Else's, so stay the fuck out.
Calling the cops is just stupid.
A big party foul is bringing a gun. You bring a gun to my house, your getting the fuck out. I love guns, and i love seeing guns, just not in a party situation. They belong on the range, or in a gun store.
Don't fuck with pets that live in the house. Don't give them alcohol or drugs, and don't hurt them in any way.
Being naked is always ok, as long as there are an equal amount of naked females as there are males.
Stay the fuck out of my fridge unless you ask. Order a god damn pizza. I usually have snacks out if people come over tho, just don't expect me to feed you a meal unless that was what the invitation said.
I'm sure there are more i could think of, but i think this is good enough. I think the reason i don't throw parties is because i don't tolerate people that don't know what respect and common courtesy is.

Yeah, I agree with this.
ESPECIALLY if you puke in the sink. You can make it a foot or two to the toilet.
But I wouldn't kick someone out for that. I tend to end up taking care of sick drunk people a lot of times. I never drink to the point of puking because in my mind it's just pointless to drink with the goal of getting completely wasted and sick. I almost never drink at all really, other than a beer or two to be social. I'm more of a psychedelic/weed sort of a person.
Haha, last time I went to a big party where I stayed over I ended up tucking like 20 drunk people into bed/making them beds on the floor and making tea for all of them.
