Are you going to birth the cakes directly into your fruiting chamber? I'm asking because I'm not sure why you need a humidifier.

I'd build one if I were you.
All you need is an ultrasonic fogger, a bucket/tub of water, a fan and some tubing.
I built a little ghetto one the other day and it should be plenty for a little terrarium.
It's just a CPU fan manually wired to an old 12v dc adapter I had lying around. A bucket of water and an ultra sonic fogger. Just add some tubing into your fc and you're good to go.
Probably best to put it on a timer though.

Take a look around these forums, the ultra sonic humidifier thing is kinda outdated from what I understand. I was going to get one too, till I looked around and saw that people are getting good results with shotgun fruiting chambers, plus it seems MUCH easier to build.... just a noob's perspective so take it for what it is.

I'll toss in my 2 cents. I love the Repti-Fogger by Zoo-Med.
-------------------- "Contemplate the mangled bodies of your countrymen, and then say 'what should be the reward of such sacrifices?' Bid us and our posterity bow the knee, supplicate the friendship and plough, and sow, and reap, to glut the avarice of the men who have let loose on us the dogs of war to riot in our blood and hunt us from the face of the earth? If ye love wealth better than liberty, the tranquility of servitude than the animated contest of freedom - go home from us in peace. We ask not your counsels or arms. Crouch down and lick the hands which feed you. May your chains sit lightly upon you, and may posterity forget that you were our countrymen!" - Samuel Adams; Speech at the State House, Philadelphia, August 1, 1776

I bought one off of Ebay and it cost me a pretty pound I can tell you. If you really must use an ultrasonic (supersonic LOL!) listen to Spongiform and build one. The one I purchased is not suitable for use with a timer, so I still have to turn it on/off manually, might as well have built the shotgun and misted & fanned 5 times a day with the amount of work I'm doing.
Hope this helps.

All you need is something like this, a bucket, a fan and some tubing.
Like lostkeys said, a shotgun terrarium is going to be alot cheaper. I think what it boils down to is, do you have the time and patience to mist/fan it 5 times a day?
If you do, then go with the shotgun. If you don't, build a fogger.
I'm working on building a fully automated monotub shelving system now actually. Should have some pics/info up in a few days.

Incubate and fruit at about 70-75f. When you take them out of the jars you want to wash them off, then soak in water overnight and some other things.

ive never understood the need for a fogger, if u doin cakes, shotgun,if your doin bulk, monotub.
why spend more on running the show! ]
self automation is key!
only needed in a greenhouse (martha) set up arn't they?
