swim has been growing B+ strain horse poo casings cased with verm. they have been in the the fruiting chamber for 5 days just started misting today. and swim has never seen overlay before but swim hope this isnt it...
       
the last one has no casing layer swim did one without to experiment

Sorry, but I dont see any vermiculite casing layer, either you are confused about what a casing is, or confused about what vermiculite is, or I really need to get my eyes checked.

Also, if you DID case with coir, then the "overlay" you are seeing is perfectly normal. Mushrooms love coir, and will colonise it in a hurry.
Vermiculite and Peatmoss are the best casings to use as they are non-nutritive for mycellium.

A heavily coinised casing layer is not overlay.

People get too freaked out about overlay, and don't realize how uncommon it really is.
Looks fine to me man, but doesn't look like a casing layer. If you "cased" with coir, then that is a mistake as you want a non nutritious casing layer, and coir has nutrients the mycelium loves. If you didn't case at all, then you just need to wait for it to finish colonizing.
