For programs that use the socks protocol, which in turn leads to high, arbitrary port #s that are restricted, there is a program which called socks2http which sends all your requests over port 80 to a server, that then get translated into the socks protocol and sent to its destination (kazaa for exmaple). The only problem is you're requiring the server to use as much bandwidth as you are. It would not be hard to set up a server yourself, but obviously if you could, you wouldn't have the problem in the first place. The creators of the software have a shitty trial server, but you can't get much better than 5-10k/sec. They do offer a 'pay server' however, I don't think I'd be that desperate.

Depends on what kind of security they are using. THey had some fortress on the puters at my highschool when i went used to have to go to that shithole. That was cake to get around. Install a key logger and get someone to type the pasword. Or get the program that can decode the password file.

I cant remember what key combo brings up the password screen for fortress.

I have seen people get around some port restrictions using ssh or slurp.
