I agree, the amount of media coverage that pot legalization has been getting lately is amazing. it is likely we might see noticeable results in Obama's second term, when he doesn't have to worry about a negative ad campaign during re-election (i.e. "soft on drugs" or something).

I'm going to try and tune in each night.

I know. I really get that feeling. I'm hoping that he hasn't done it yet because he knows that he has to take it slow in order for it to work. I wish he would just do it of course, but I'm hoping that he has a plan.........

We have been saying it for so long but now the issue has become more public and debated because it could bring in $$$ during a recession. If it doesn't happen now it will be harder if the market goes back up. I'll definately be watching this

Isn't it really up to congress to pass the legalization bill in the first place?

I wish Obama would legalize it and he is taking the stance that he wont hear the word legalization- but I am wondering- would could Obama do? I guess he can maybe open the debate- but I feel like from a political position- we really need congress and our senators to start the debate. Am I right?

i was thinking we should all put money together, get tv air time and make a commercial, and trip the viewers out, and hypnotise them to make them wanna legalize weed all the time, but that would prolly cost some $$$$$$$.
