 Grow Rack

I found a green house grow rack by julianna for 60 bucks. Any where else I can find one cheaper?
Once I have it set up, how will I keep the humidity levels between 95-99%?

Impellar type coolmist (not the type that has a fan) v400 or v420 are impellar types. With a timer. 1 that does 1 minute intervals.
i think fungifarmer sells them cheaper than that

I got mine for $30 from Kmart onine. To keep the humidity and temp up I use a Vicks Vaporizer set on a timer for 5 minutes every 3 hours and a space heater with a built-in thermostat. RH never drops below 93% and temp is a constant 75F.
Looks something like this.

There are a ton of ways to do it. I chose this way cuz I am lazy and I really do hope my house burns down cuz its a POS. Do some searching, you will find alot of different setups.
